Book Club is the first Tuesday of each month! The book we are reading this month is Greenwood by Michael Christie.
Greenwood is a sweeping, multigenerational novel set against the backdrop of Canada’s forests, following several interconnected lives across more than a century. Moving between past, present, and future, the story explores themes of family, inheritance, and humanity’s relationship with nature—especially the forests that sustain and define us. At its heart, it’s both an intimate family saga and a meditation on environmental change, resilience, and what we leave behind for the next generation.
We have some extra copies available to borrow in the taproom, come by for a brew and snag one!
